To make planning effortless and ensure our team is fairly compensated for their hard work, we established a Guaranteed Gratuity Minimum for all private events.
Long before the first drink is poured, our bartenders are hard at work planning your event, shopping for supplies, transporting heavy equipment, and managing the entire setup and breakdown. This baseline ensures they are recognized for the extensive behind-the-scenes effort required to give you and your guests an exceptional experience.
Initial Service: $100 per bartender
Additional Bar Time: $25 per hour, per bartender
Your Options
We offer three flexible ways to meet this guaranteed minimum:

Host prefers that NO tip jar be present at the Service Stations
Host agrees to "Buy Out" the Guaranteed Gratuity Minimum
The prepaid host gratuity is added to the Final Balance Due & paid 30 days prior to the Event Date

Host allows Tip Jar to be present at Service Stations
Subsidized tips may eliminate the host Guaranteed Gratuity Minimum requirement
If the total tips received from guests are less than the Guaranteed Gratuity Minimum, Host agrees to pay the remaining difference
Event Staff will collect the "true-up" amount from the host at the conclusion of the event
Please Note: The default selection is the Host Post-Event "True-Up" Gratuity. If you would prefer one of the alternative prepaid options, please let us know before completing your Service Agreement so we can add the prepaid gratuity amount to your final balance due.
