To make planning effortless and ensure our team is fairly compensated for their hard work, we established a Guaranteed Gratuity Minimum for all private events.

Long before the first drink is poured, our bartenders are hard at work planning your event, currating custom shopping lists, shopping for supplies, transporting heavy equipment, and managing the entire setup (and later breakdown). This baseline ensures they are recognized for the extensive behind-the-scenes effort required to give you and your guests an exceptional experience.

How It’s Calculated:

• Initial Service: $100 per bartender

• Additional Bar Time: $25 per hour, per bartender

Please Note: The default selection is the Host Post-Event "True-Up" Gratuity. 

If you would prefer one of the alternative prepaid options, please let us know before completing your Service Agreement so we can add the prepaid gratuity amount to your Final Balance due. Do this if you prefer simplicity on event day!

Exception: Columbus Recreation & Parks Venues Notice

Please note that for events held at Columbus Recreation & Parks Department (CRPD) venues, city rules prohibit on-site exchanges and tip jars (physical or digital). Per the official CRPD Alcohol Service Agreement:

"Alcohol may not be sold (no "cash bars" [includes credit card & digital payments]), and no money or tickets may exchange hands on the premises. Gratuity arrangements should be made with the contractor prior to the event. Tip jars are prohibited."

Because gratuity and tipping are prohibited on-site, the Host Pre-Paid EXCLUSIVE option is required for all CRPD venue bookings. 

All gratuity must be arranged and finalized 30 days prior to your event date.
